Eligible standard furniture return requests must be made within 7 calendar days. Items require prior authorization and must be unused, unassembled and in original packaging. Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer-paid return transport.

Opened mattresses and bedding are final sale except for an incorrect, damaged or defective item, applicable statutory rights, or an eligible manufacturer comfort program. Eligible cancellations are generally accepted within 48 hours unless the order has shipped or non-recoverable processing has begun.

Manufacturer warranty coverage varies by product. Decor Furniture & Mattress will help coordinate an eligible claim; contact us before ordering if you need the exact coverage for this item.

Please inspect your order on arrival and report visible damage, missing parts or an incorrect item as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours. Your applicable statutory rights remain unchanged.
