About bed frames at Decor Furniture & Mattress

Do platform beds need a box spring?
No. Platform beds have a built-in slat or panel base that supports the mattress directly. Traditional frames and metal frames usually need a box spring or foundation. Check each product page for the recommended setup.
What is a hydraulic storage bed?
The mattress platform lifts up on gas pistons to reveal a large storage area under the bed, perfect for bedding, luggage and seasonal clothes. It's a great choice for apartments and smaller bedrooms.
Will a bed frame need to be assembled?
Yes, bed frames arrive flat-packed with hardware and instructions. Delivery does not include assembly, so plan for some time and an extra set of hands.

How much is delivery?
We deliver anywhere in Ontario. In the Hamilton area (including Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Waterdown, Brantford and Guelph) delivery is $49, and free on orders of $899 or more. In the GTA, Niagara, Halton and Waterloo Region it's $79, and free on orders of $899 or more. Most in-stock items arrive in about 2–3 weeks. Can I pay monthly?
Yes. At checkout you can split your purchase into monthly payments with Affirm or Shop Pay Installments, subject to approval.
