How do I choose the right firmness?
Side sleepers usually prefer plush or medium to cushion the shoulders and hips. Back sleepers tend to like medium-firm, and stomach sleepers usually need firm support. If you share a bed, a medium-firm mattress is often the best compromise, and the easiest way to decide is to try a few in our showroom.
What's the difference between pocket coil, hybrid and foam?
Pocket coil mattresses use individually wrapped springs that reduce motion transfer and sleep cooler. Hybrids combine pocket coils with foam comfort layers. All-foam mattresses contour closely to your body and absorb movement. Pillow tops and euro tops add an extra plush layer on top.
Do I need a box spring?
It depends on the bed. Platform beds with solid or closely spaced slats don't need one, while traditional frames and metal frames usually do. A proper foundation and centre support are also often required to keep the manufacturer's warranty valid. Browse our bed frames and box springs.
Can I return a mattress?
For hygiene reasons, mattresses can only be returned while unused and still in their factory-sealed packaging. Once opened they are final sale, except for damage, a confirmed defect or rights required by law. That's why we encourage you to try mattresses in our showroom first.
What warranty do mattresses have?
Each mattress carries its manufacturer's warranty, and we help you file a claim if a defect comes up. Warranties usually require the mattress to be kept clean, keep its law label and be used on a proper foundation. A mattress protector helps keep it eligible.
How much is delivery?
We deliver anywhere in Ontario. In the Hamilton area (including Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Waterdown, Brantford and Guelph) delivery is $49, and free on orders of $899 or more. In the GTA, Niagara, Halton and Waterloo Region it's $79, and free on orders of $899 or more. Most in-stock items arrive in about 2–3 weeks. Can I pay monthly?
Yes. At checkout you can split your purchase into monthly payments with Affirm or Shop Pay Installments, subject to approval.
