Terms and Conditions 


    1. Goods on lay-away require 21 days notice for pick-up or delivery. Special orders must be picked up or delivered as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer otherwise the customer agrees to pay $20.00 per day for storage.
    2. Some assembly is required on certain products. 
    3. No Service on Pick up Orders. 
    4. All Sales are Final on any special orders, custom orders, lay-away orders, floor models and discontinued merchandise. 
    5. You may cancel your order IF it has not been delivered upto 48 Hours after purchase. 
    6. There is NO REFUND or EXCHANGE on any items that have been delivered. 
    7. Your delivery will only be scheduled once your balance is fully paid. 
    8. Balance can be paid by Credit/Debit Card, certified cheques or Cash. 
    9. Decor Furniture & Mattress is not responsible for any damages caused to the merchandise or/to the customers property during that part of the delivery which is on their property.
    10. Only a 1 year manufacturer warranty applies to the products 
    11. All floor model products are sold on “as is” basis. 
    12. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all goods prior to pick up or upon delivery. Once the products are accepted no claims will be accepted, except the products that fall under the manufacturer warranty. 
    13. Purchaser will be responsible for RE-Delivery charge if not at home at the agreed upon time or if proper COD is not available for collection on an arranged delivery date. 
    14. Delivery dates are approximate and are subject to contingencies beyond our control. 
    15. There are no warranties or guarantees against wear and tear 
    16. 40% deposit is required for all special/custom orders.
    17. No exchange or refund on custom made or lay-away orders. 
    18. We reserve the right to cancel or delay the order of ONLY unavailable goods 
  • Decor Furniture & Mattress is NOT responsible for deliveries inside the home or basement. Customers are solely responsible to check if the goods are able to go inside. NO exchanges or Refunds in this case. 
    1. Defective items can be exchanged, if notified within 24 hours of delivery or pick up with original packaging 
    2. Ownership of products remains with Decor Furniture & Mattress until the order is fully paid for. 
    3. Your delivery will only be scheduled once you've fully paid for your order. 
    4. You may cancel your order IF it has NOT been delivered within 48 Hours of your purchase. 
    5. There is no REFUND or EXCHANGE for any items that have been delivered.
    6. 25% of Full purchase price will be charged as a restocking FEE for cancellation after the 48 Hour Period 
    7. Customer is responsible for disposing and recycling packaging material.
