FREE LOCAL DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS. Areas considered local: (Hamilton, Waterdown, Caledonia, Stoney Creek, Winona, Dundas, Ancaster, Hannon and Burlington). All deliveries outside of this area will be subject to a delivery Charge.
All in Stock Items usually take between 2-3 weeks for delivery/pick up. Out of stock items are usually shipped within 3-8 weeks. Please contact us for inquiries on ETAs.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we are not delivering items inside your home. Items will be delivered to your door-step or can be prepared for a curb-side pick up.
Please remember delivery times can vary during this pandemic. We will contact you within 1-2 days of receiving your order to update you regarding the time of delivery.

These delivery times are based on metropolitan areas, if you live in Rural area we cannot guarantee you delivery. We use a third party delivery service for orders made outside of the GTA. We are NOT responsible to put the products inside your home or to assemble any products.
Deliveries are mostly done by third-party shipping companies and are curb-side. Drivers cannot enter, remove doors, door jambs, casings, moldings, railings or make any alterations to your home to deliver or fit any products into your designated location.
We are only responsible for delivering your new furniture. This does not include moving or replacing your existing furniture nor does it include assembly of any items. By agreeing to the Delivery Terms set forth you are giving Decor Furniture & Mattress delivery team permission to contact you VIA phone call, text message or email.
We will contact you in advance to confirm the scheduled delivery date and time. An adult must be present during your delivery window to accept/inspect your items and to sign the invoice. All products purchased from Decor Furniture & Mattress are brand new and sealed in factory packaging and cardboard boxes. Most items require light assembly. All products include the tools and instruction needed for assembly and are packaged with the item inside the boxes. The customer is responsible for any assembly that is required and to discard any packaging or boxes.

PICK UP
You must bring your order confirmation and piece of I.D.
Please remember that it can take 7-10 business days in order to prepare your order for pick up
Please be sure that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the size of the products being picked up. We are not responsible for loading the product or the safe transportation of the product to your home. Damage that occurs during transit is not covered under warranty nor can we accept returns on the merchandise should any damage occur during transit.
Returns
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON DELIVERED ITEMS.
1. You may cancel & get a refund on your order with 48 Hours of purchase. *Only applies to non delivered orders*
2. If items have been delivered there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
3. Any Cancellations after the 48 Hour period are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you receive an item and it turns out to be damaged please send us an email with images of the damaged items to info@decorfurniture.ca within 48 hours of receiving your order. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges for exchanges under warranty. In order to get any parts exchanged under warranty the customer will need to ensure that it is in its original packaging. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
