Free local delivery is available in Hamilton, Waterdown, Ancaster, Caledonia and Dundas. Eligible Ontario orders of $999 or more receive free standard delivery; other charges are shown at checkout.

Most in-stock items arrive in about 2–3 weeks. Backorders, special orders and supplier-direct items can take longer. Standard delivery does not include assembly, installation, room placement, packaging removal or old-furniture removal unless included or purchased.

Eligible standard furniture return requests must be made within 7 calendar days. Items require prior authorization and must be unused, unassembled and in original packaging. Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and customer-paid return transport.

Opened mattresses and bedding are final sale except for an incorrect, damaged or defective item, applicable statutory rights, or an eligible manufacturer comfort program. Eligible cancellations are generally accepted within 48 hours unless the order has shipped or non-recoverable processing has begun.
