Order amounts are the merchandise subtotal after discounts, before taxes.

Hamilton area: Hamilton (including Waterdown, Ancaster, Dundas and Stoney Creek), Caledonia, Brantford and Guelph.

GTA & nearby cities:

Waterloo Region: Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge
Niagara: St. Catharines, Thorold, Niagara Falls, Welland and Grimsby
Halton: Burlington, Oakville and Milton
Peel: Mississauga and Brampton
Toronto: all of Toronto
York Region: Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill
Durham Region: Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa

Your rate is based on the postal code entered at checkout. Postal codes don’t always match city limits, so the delivery charge shown at checkout is the one that applies. For Northern Ontario (postal codes starting with P), we confirm your delivery cost after you order; if it is higher, we’ll contact you with a quote before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Free showroom pickup

Choose free pickup at checkout and collect your order from our showroom at 1600 Stone Church Road East, Hamilton, once we let you know it is ready. Please bring your order confirmation, photo ID, and a vehicle and help suited to the item. Damage that occurs after an order leaves the showroom is not delivery damage.

How orders are delivered

All orders are delivered by independent third-party carriers. Standard delivery is curbside or to the outside of your door unless other service is arranged and confirmed in advance. Once an order is left at your address, please bring it inside promptly. Assembly, room placement, packaging removal and old-furniture removal are not included unless purchased or confirmed.

Estimated timing

Most in-stock items arrive in about 2–3 weeks. Special-order, backordered and supplier-stock items can take longer. Any timeframe shown is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, and we’ll contact you if there is a meaningful change.

Before delivery

Please measure doorways, hallways, elevators, stairways and the intended delivery path before ordering, and make sure someone is available to receive the order.

Inspecting your order

Please inspect items when they arrive. If you notice damage, a missing piece or an incorrect item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos, preferably within 48 hours. This request does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable law.
